We accept order cancellation before the shipment takes place. Once the order is cancelled, the buyer gets the refund for prepaid orders.
Criteria for cancellation:

For banking channel payments, it will take 2-4 business days to process the refunds.
In case of EMI payment, the refund will take place after 8-10 days after cancellation.
